Satisfaction survey

The Customers who decide to monitor management indices with a view to improving the organization on an ongoing basis, are offered satisfaction surveys. Following its implementation, the satisfaction survey project allows company management to monitor employees’ attitudes towards recently introduced changes, diagnose employees’ attitudes towards the company, and check loyalty levels (key information in the case of rising turnover rates or new competition on the labour market).

 

Advisory Group TEST Human Resources recommends conducting satisfaction survey during company’s dynamic growth. Thereby the Customer can control one of key factors underlying organisation’s results – human resources.

 

The satisfaction survey may be conducted with the use of special software which guarantees full anonymity, or traditionally, with the use of pencil and paper. To obtain most useful data, the questionnaire is prepared individually for the purposes of a given Customer. As a result of satisfaction survey, the Customer receives aggregated data provided in the form of detailed reports that facilitate decision making by the management board and personnel department.
