Assessment Center

Assessment Center is performed by experienced psychologists and management practitioners. It provides detailed information about the AC session’s Participants, which is used to assess their suitability for a given position.

 

The Candidates are evaluated by a team of assessors during sessions specially designed to match the needs of individual Customers. Based on the information gathered in the process, the Consultants precisely assess the extent to which each of the Participants is predisposed to perform a given function in the company’s organizational structure.

 

TEST’s Consultant, in cooperation with the Customer, selects a set of tools for each project. The tools include interactive simulations, case studies, in-basket, fact finding and psychological tests.

 

As a result of Assessment Center it is possible to learn the profile of a potential employee and decide whether he or she is a best choice for a given post. In addition, AC findings may be used following employment for the purposes of introducing new employees to the organizational culture, motivating them and planning their career paths.
