The Customers who require non-standard information about the salary and labour market might benefit from our Individual Compensation Analyses. Such analyses are produced based on the data contained in our Salary Surveys, information collected during hundreds of recruitment projects and unique expertise of our Consultants who build and optimize remuneration systems.
The Customer who orders the Individual Compensation Analysis participates in defining data sources and may decide on the data layout, to make the analysis meet individual needs.
The scope of analysis is always consulted with project coordinators. To this date, we have prepared detailed analyses of particular positions, compared regional labour markets, analysed candidates’ financial expectations, projected pay rises and prepared individual salary surveys for international corporations and Polish companies.
