360° Feedback
The 360° Feedback is recommended to Customers who intend to have their employees’ competencies (especially managers) assessed in an objective and multifaceted manner. This tool provides comprehensive information on a given employee as obtained from his or her superiors, subordinates and co-workers and, if required, customers.
Advisory Group TEST Human Resources’ Consultants support the Customer throughout the entire implementation process which involves obtaining management board’s approval, preparing informational campaign and training for the assessed employees, drawing up of personalized questionnaires for the participants and group of respondents. Then, in the case of standard 360° Feedback project, the Consultants-psychologists produce Individual Reports and Summary Report containing figures, charts and detailed quality analyses.
As part of 360° Feedback, we suggest conducting feedback meetings with the assessed people and devising detailed development plans for them. In addition, we discuss the project with the Customer’s management board and personnel department to ensure that the organization derives maximum benefits from the appraisal.
Advisory Group TEST Human Resources uses customized application for conducting entirely anonymous e-surveys. However, if the questionnaire cannot be filled out in an electronic form, we provide traditional questionnaire sheets. Another possibility involves conducting the survey partly on-line and partly with the use of paper questionnaires. Our 360° Feedback projects are characterized by high participation levels (95% on average) owing to full anonymity of the participants and adjusting the project schedule to company’s organizational culture.
