TEST’s team is composed of over 50 consultants and specialists working at the company’s head office in Kraków and branches in Warsaw, Wałbrzych and Wrocław. Additionally, in some of our projects we are assisted by our long-term co-workers – over ten recognised experts in a variety of HR fields.

Agnieszka Flis - Partner
Agnieszka Flis is a co-owner and Partner of Advisory Group TEST Human Resources. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in psychology. She has several years of experience in personnel consulting and was awarded a certificate of management trainer by the Thames Valley University of London. Agnieszka Flis participated in the MATRIK – training programme for the management consultants – run by the British Council in Poland. She delivers lectures for the participants of the post-graduate courses in human resource management at the University of Economics of Kraków, the Jagiellonian University and the Tischner European University. Agnieszka Flis wrote a number of articles published in trade magazines and collaborated on the book entitled Outplacement. She specialises in conducting consulting projects, including 360 degree feedback, periodic appraisals, Assessment/Development Centre, personnel audits and outplacements. She is responsible for TEST Consulting and the company’s PR.
Adela Zacharzewska - Partner
Adela Zacharzewska is a co-owner and Partner of Advisory Group TEST Human Resources. She is a founder and member of the Kraków branch of the Polish Human Resource Management Association. She manages TEST Recruitment. Adela Zacharzewska has several years of experience in market analysis, preparing and conducting recruitment projects and campaigns. She recruited candidates for the top management, executive and independent positions at the leading international concerns and Polish companies. She coordinates cooperation with the outside consultants. Adela Zacharzewska is responsible for the proper functioning of the Company in administrative, legal and economic terms.
Jarosław Pięta - Partner
Jarosław Pięta is a co-owner and Partner of Advisory Group TEST Human Resources. Specialising in Human Resource Management, he completed the post-graduate course in management run by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the association of American universities. Jarosław Pięta participated in the MATRIK programme for the management trainers and consultants organised as part of the Know How Fund by the British Council in collaboration with Thames Valley University (human resource management). He underwent a number of trainings in Japan, Switzerland and Germany. Jarosław Pięta has several years of experience in market analysis, preparing and conducting HR projects especially in the area of BPO / SSC, production and automotive industry.
He worked with a number of companies, including Lufthansa, Shell, Electrolux, Philip Morris, Valeo, MAN Trucks, Kirchhoff, NGK Ceramics, MTU Aero Engines, Rockwell Automation, HSBC, PwC, and Intelenet Global Services.

Artur Gerwel - Managing Director
The graduate of Krakow University of Economics, Faculty of Human Resource Management, and Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Faculty of International Relations.
He is managing Recruitment and Salary Survey Departments. Formerly, for three years, as Director of Research and Salary Survey Department, he was engaged in salary market research, managed RaportPlacowy.pl service and coordinated projects related to job valuation and building of salary systems. He was a participant and speaker at many conferences, including HR Congresses, HR Convents, Krakow and Malopolska Foreign Investment Day, Automotive Forum BPCC, Moto Idea and AutoEvent. As part of cooperation with Institute for International Research he conducts cyclical training sessions entitled "Certified Salary Manager". He has specialist knowledge in the field of financial and non-financial incentives, and wide range of issues concerning companies’ personnel policy.
Agata Broś - Senior Project Manager & Development Coordinator
Agata Broś is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Psychology; studying for PhD degree in Psychology at the Jagiellonian University; member of the Polish Association of Behavioural Psychology.
Agata Broś is responsible for TEST Consulting. She coordinates projects related to potential assessment as well as recruitment campaigns. She conducts analyses of professional potential for various management levels, from specialist to top executive positions; coordinates Assessment and Development Center, and recruitment campaigns for production plants and service centres. She has experience in developing and adapting psychological tools used during Assessment and Development Centre. Agata Broś prepares and coordinates outplacement projects.
She worked with a number of companies, including Arcelor Mittal, MTU Aero Engines, MAN Trucks, Rockwell Automation, Fiat Services, Ahold Polska, Airline Accounting Center, Clifford Thames Ltd, Ceramika Paradyż, Dalkia Polska, NGK Ceramics Polska, Polkomtel, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (ERA), PTK Centertel (Orange), Slovnaft, TNT Express Worldwide, Valeo Lightning Systems, Whirlpool.
Janusz Dziewit - Director of the Wrocław and Wałbrzych Branch
Janusz Dziewit graduated from the University of Opole with a degree in Pedagogy of Labour. He is the chairperson of the Polish Human Resources Management Association for the Lower Silesian Region. He has several years of experience in recruitment, conducting training programmes, personnel audits, outplacement procedures and satisfaction surveys, specializing in direct and executive search method. He is responsible for the management of the branches in Wrocław and Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone as well as for the cooperation with the key players on the regional market. Janusz Dziewit writes articles to trade magazines and speaks at trade conferences.
He prepared and conducted a number of substantial recruitment campaigns for the companies including Volvo, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland, Faurecia and NSK Steering Systems. He is the author of the first creative recruitment campaigns in Poland – “Volvo Bus”.

Our team comprises over 50 full-time experienced HR specialists, including psychologists, economists, sociologists, HR management specialists and management trainers. The majority of us broadens our knowledge during the post-graduate courses, MBA and other specialist courses.
Some of our consultants hold an international certificate of a management consultant and trainer awarded by the Thames Valley University of London – one of the leading schools of management in Europe. The certificates were awarded following the three-year training course run by the lecturers from the Manchester Business School and independent British consultants. That unique experience allowed us to implement the British standards of personnel management in Poland. As a result, our Customers may expect top quality consulting and advisory services that are adapted to suit the Polish market environment.
