Requirements:

• excellent command of English
• Italian/French/German/Spanish language command will be an asset
• higher education degree
• min. 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• about 2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre as asset
• ability to thrive and lead a team
• a mature outlook, determination to succeed, analytical mind
• target Driven and result oriented

Responsibilities:

• ensuring each team member achieves all monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
• motivating, supervising and coordinating the work of a team
• coaching and mentoring as well as identifying the team members` needs
• interacting with Client on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis to discuss team/process performance and work collaboratively to devise action plans to enhance performance
• generating performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis
